Product Test Request Form

Test policy

• After completing the form, you will receive the products 2-3 days following the request
• If we do not have the products in stock, a member of the team will contact you.
• The test is of a maximum duration of 7 working days.
• A member of the team will contact you after 5 days to provide #DICOM so that you can return the products at no cost. You must arrange the picking of products yourself with DICOM. If you need help, we are available to help you.

** Please note that if you want to buy the product, you must return the products tested and we will send you new ones so that the one-year warranty applies on the date of purchase. **

** Please note that Ventopedic products are not tested to comply with the rules of hygiene. **

** Please note that products such as restraints belt are made between professionals to respect the rules of hygiene. **

** Please note that you need to return the products in the same condition as you received them. Excel Medical may reserve the right to charge a fee if the product is broken or damaged. Bedpad and cushions must not be folded during transport. **
